Heated Seats Kits offer New Seat Heating Technology with a universal application. Carbon Fiber technology is widely regarded as the best suited seat heating pad material in the marketplace.

The first reason for this is that Carbon Fiber is pliable and a good conductor of electricity which can be designed to incorporate a variety of shapes which are interconnected and form a matrix/grid which can be sewn over.
Second, as this is a Parallel System and not an old style Series system, Peak Deluxe Heated Seats offers its customers a Universal one-size-fits-all seat heater. Third, this Universal Seat Heater allows the installer to trim/cut the seat heater pads in order to accommodate any seat design.

The heating elements cannot be installed over an Occupant Detection System.

1. Illuminated 2-Color Switch
Carbon Fiber Heated Seat Kits are equipped with the latest Switch Technology. This Illuminated 2-Color Dual Temperature High/Low Rocker Style Round Switch has been developed to provide you with the New Styling Features.

2. New Dual Temperature Control System
- The Primary System is an electronic control module which regulates the electricity / temperature circulating within the carbon fiber seat heating pad.
This system regulates the flow of power in micro-pulses and maintains a narrower temperature range whether in a high or low setting.
Example: The high setting will have a constant range between 120oF to 125oF. The low setting ranges between 110oF to 115oF. These respective temperatures are maintained at these respective levels.

- The Secondary System is a traditional bi-metal thermostatic control unit. This system is the standard with most of the available units in the marketplace. For peak Heated Seats, this is our back-up system. This system manages the seat heater temperature in a similar way to that of your home thermostat.

Example: In either the High or Low setting once the maximum temperature limit is achieved, the system shuts down until the low end temperature is reached at which point the bi-metal thermostat reconnects to resume the distribution of electricity.
This bi-metal system will only be activated if the primary electronic control module fails. It's simply a safe guard.

3. Backrest & Seat Bottom Heating Pads

This pads have been modified to these dimensions in anticipation of some of the changes in seating styles / listing locations on new seats through 2007 models.

4. Quick Connect/Disconnect Flexible System
Carbon Fiber Heated Seat Kits allow you to get rid of unwanted seat heater wiring when you install switches on the side of the seat. Our seat heaters are equipped with quick-release connectors that can reduce your wiring length by 36" eliminating the need to tie up and hide a bunch of wiring.

5. Quick Heat Up Time
You should start to notice the effect of heat within the first 2 minutes of starting the system in the High temperature setting.
